• What kind of exercise do you prescribe?

    A therapeutic exercise program will be personally developed for you. Exercise consisting of stretching to increase flexibility, dynamic lumbar stabilization to increase core strength, postural strengthening to increase posture control and endurance along with self mobilization and self myofascial release techniques are taught. We believe that once the body has been returned to its proper posturing that it is key to strengthen to maintain your posture. Exercise has always been a core principle of traditional physical therapy. The difference is that at Synergy Myofascial Release & Rehab, Inc. we will first focus on getting your pain under control so that regular exercise is comfortable and manageable allowing it to become a lifestyle.
